5 Best Trackery Alternatives (Beyond iOS)

Trackery's one hard limit is the platform: its own FAQ answers "Does it work on Android?" with "iOS only for now (iPhone and iPad)." So the best Trackery alternative is whichever one reaches the devices you need: Subgrove for iPhone, Android and desktop with a shared list, ReSubs for native apps on both phone platforms, SubTracker.io for a browser-first workspace, or Bobby if you're staying on iPhone and want to pay once for less.
Trackery, as it is in October 2026
Older write-ups (ours included) called Trackery free. It isn't any more, quite. Per trackery.app:
- Free to start, with Premium at $2.99/month, $9.99/year (with a 3-day trial) or $49.99 lifetime. Cloud sync and CSV export are Premium-only.
- Private by default. Data lives on your device; cloud sync is optional and encrypted. No bank connection.
- Feature-rich for the price: a calendar of upcoming charges, alerts before free trials convert, home-screen widgets, spending charts, household tagging with a family total, and multi-currency with live exchange rates into one home currency.
The App Store listing first went up in December 2025 and was last updated in September 2026, so it's young and active.
For an all-Apple household, $9.99 a year is very hard to beat. The reasons to look elsewhere are all about reach.
When Trackery doesn't fit
- Someone in the house uses Android. Household tagging only helps if everyone can install the app.
- You want the list on a computer. There's no Mac, Windows or web version listed.
- You want two people editing one list. Trackery's household feature tags shared plans inside your app; its site doesn't describe inviting another person into the same list.

1. Subgrove: one list on any phone or computer
Subgrove is manual and bank-free like Trackery, but it's a web app you install from the browser, so it runs on iPhone and Android and on desktop, and keeps working offline. Pro's household sharing lets you invite a partner into the same list and split costs, whatever phone they carry. Reminders arrive by push and email before each renewal.
- Pros: cross-platform; real shared list; renewal calendar; 38 currencies.
- Cons: no exchange-rate conversion (each currency gets its own total); no widgets; costs more than Trackery's yearly plan.
- Pricing: free for 5 subscriptions with reminders; Pro is $4.99/month or $39/year, about four times Trackery's $9.99. That's the price of reaching Android and desktop.
2. ReSubs: native apps on iOS and Android
ReSubs is a phone app on both platforms that syncs between them when you create an account, and can pull subscriptions from Gmail or a photo of a bill. Free covers 5 subscriptions; Premium is monthly, yearly or Lifetime. Its FAQ confirms there's neither a web version nor a shared household account yet.
3. SubTracker.io: in the browser, with team workspaces
SubTracker.io runs as an installable web app with a free plan for unlimited subscriptions. Renewal alerts start on Plus ($49/year), and shared tracking for up to 10 members is on Family ($79/year). No bank connection. See SubTracker.io alternatives.
4. Bobby: staying on iPhone, paying once
If iOS isn't actually the problem and you just want something simpler, Bobby has one-time in-app purchases from $0.99 to $2.99 and a long track record on the App Store. Fewer features than Trackery. Our Bobby review has the detail.
5. Subby: Android and iPhone, no account
Subby is now on both Google Play and the App Store, free with ads and no subscription cap, with a one-time Pro. There's no account, so each phone keeps its own list; it's for individuals on either platform, not shared households.
